We are a full service product development studio that manufacture goods in an eco-friendly and sustainable way. We are a bridge between overseas factories and North American manufacturers. Our all inclusive services which include manufacturing, labeling, retail packaging and shipments to your door allow you to focus more on your business.

We will source your materials or have them custom made depending on your needs. We work closely with our office in India and that oversees your production from start to finish as well as help along the way with product development. Our professional staff in India, are trained fashion technologists, with over 15 years of production management and merchandising experience. We start with an assessment of your company's goals and objectives and we work to understand your approach to your product design, marketing and manufacturing needs.

Our Process

Understand client's needs and level of commitment to organic processes, and review of your current products.
First sample production & corrections (We require two sets of prototype samples, tech pack's or any information required to handle manufacturing.)
Pricing and terms
Product Development (approx 6-8 weeks)
Sales Sample (approx 6-8 weeks)
Final production (approx 12-16 weeks)

Each project will take approximately 6-7 months from sampling stage to final delivery. We ask that you understand that there are several factories that is involved in the manufacturing of your garment and that a quality well developed product takes time. Please work backwards and allow enough time.

Pricing

Due to our use of 100% eco-friendly and organic cotton and dyes, our costing will tend to be about 15-25% more than conventional cotton and dyes, depending on the fabric. And since each design will vary in fabric consumption, trims and accessories, the only way for us to quote prices is to make a first sample of your item. Sampling charges: 3 times the wholesale price per style, per color plus a $200 set-up fee.

Our pricing is always inclusive of fabric, trims, accessories, labels, washing, packaging, labour and shipping to our warehouse and duties.

Terms & Conditions

We require a 50% deposit at the time orders are placed (for both Sampling and Production orders) and then require the remaining 50% paid at the time of shipment. At this time we do not offer any factory financing terms.
We accept certified check, money orders and wire transfers.

All clients are required to pay for any courier charges to or from India for samples. Clients are required to provide their account number for their preferred carrier for all outbound shipments from India.

Order Minimum

Minimum orders are typically dependant on the minimum production of fabrics and dying. Our minimums are quite low for our stock fabrics.

500 unit minimum per color, per style to create a new color in a style. 1000 unit minimum to create a new fabrication and 500 pieces per style.

Production Lead Times

It is important that our clients have a clear understanding of the sampling and production process and how long to expect each step to take.

First sample, 2-3 weeks from receipt of samples, tech packs, patterns or designs
Sales samples take approximately 6 weeks from the date lab-dips & fit samples are approved.
Production: 12 weeks approximately, from receipt of production order and deposit.

Pure Production Strives To Be Earth Friendly In All Our Business Practices

Pure Production can help manufacture, create and balance the need for quality, sustainability, price and unique styling. All our garments we manufacture are made of 100% certified organic cotton, free from pesticides, herbicides, and other cancer causing toxins. In addition- only eco-friendly dyes and low impact inks are used. To reduce waste, we ship in bulk, half a dozen pieces in one bag. Our hang- tags are also made of recycled paper. We are a fair trade business which means we pay our factories fair prices for our productions we run in their facilities in order to pay their staff fair wages and work in a safe, clean working environment. As a member of the Organic Trade Association, and 1% for the Planet we adhere to the belief that "you are what you wear".
